Hi, I'm Sean.
Before I became a massage therapist, I was a scientist. I earned a B.S. in Analytical Chemistry from the Rochester Institute of Technology and published research in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature. That training still shapes how I work: I listen, I measure what's actually happening, and I adjust based on what changes.
I moved into hands-on work because I wanted to help people directly. I trained at the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts. I added personal training and stretch coaching through NASM, and manual lymphatic drainage and pregnancy massage certifications, so I could support clients through recovery after surgery and through pregnancy as well as everyday training.
Today I bring therapeutic massage, mobility work and strength coaching to people's homes and offices across Acton, MetroWest and Northborough. I also work at corporate wellness events around Greater Boston.
I'm not a replacement for your doctor or physical therapist. I'm the person who helps you follow through between appointments, and I'll tell you when something needs their attention.
